Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long will it take for us to get our insights?
From the moment you tell us it get started, it typically takes 6 - 8 weeks for us to deliver the insights back to you. It's a couple days to set everything up for you, 4 weeks to give your stakeholders ample time to complete the surveys and maximize your response rate, and then a week or two for us run your analytics and analysis and build your custom report.
  • Can this help for my re-accreditation and/or inspections?
Yes it can! In fact, most accreditation programs (like CARF and Accreditation Canada) or inspection regimes (CQC and LQIP) require stakeholder feedback to be requested, collated, and reviewed. Not only can you ensure you meet those standards but responses to the individual questions on our survey can be additional evidence to show you comply with a number of standards related to the quality of care, skill level, competency, and adequate number of staff, suitability of your environment, and the effectiveness of your leadership.
  • How much does it cost?
Your cost will depend a few factors: The number of different stakeholder surveys you want to run (i.e. Resident/Relative Survey, Team Member Survey, and/or Visiting Healthcare Professional Survey) The size of your service(s) The number of services in your group/portfolio Overall, the price reflects the value we deliver to senior living service providers and is designed to be more cost effective than trying to do it yourself.
  • How can we maximize our response rates?
To maximize response rates, we suggest you email your stakeholders directly to ask them to complete the survey with the unique link we send to you. This way, the request is more likely to be received, opened, and positively responded to. We also suggest that you send weekly e-mail reminders to your stakeholders asking for their support. It is also helpful to request your team at your service's reception to gently remind stakeholders when they come to visit your service. Having a tablet/iPad available at your service for them to complete it there is also very helpful. That tablet can also be used by your residents if they are able to complete the survey themselves (or with the support of their family or a member of your team).
