We want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the warm welcome you have given to Resident Views. Writing to you as one of the co-founders; it has been a pleasure to see our team's hard work and dedication to providing a platform for operators in long-term care facilities to create impactful outcomes for our seniors.
Resident Views was founded with the goal of giving residents and employees a voice and creating tangible recommendations for administrators. We believe that by receiving direct feedback from the people that matter the most, we can help elevate the state of care not only in your facility but for the province. We view it as a ‘high-tide lifts all boats’ type of scenario.
I am particularly grateful for the support and encouragement we have received from OLTCA members in our initial conversations. Your willingness to share Resident Views with your networks and provide us with feedback has been invaluable in helping us tailor the experience and increase the impact we’re having on senior care.
But most of all, I want to thank you for the kindness and hospitality you have shown our team. Your warm reception at events and meetings has made us feel welcome and valued, and we are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the OLTCA community.
As Resident Views continues to grow and evolve, we look forward to continuing to work with and learn from OLTCA members. Thank you again for your support and welcome.
